If you purchase a year’s worth of domain name and hosting but do not use it, do you receive a refund from GoDaddy? If you establish a store on Shopify but do not add products or run ads and continue the subscription for six weeks, will Shopify refund your six-week subscription?

The same rules apply to Groups Buy services. We offer products, allow you to purchase at your discretion, grant you access, and complete our expert services. Therefore, you are not eligible to demand a refund from us.

Our service primarily involves sharing for the group purchase of tools and resources. The nature of this service is unique compared to others. Maintaining uptime with our solutions involves challenges, but we strive to deliver our best.

This policy aims to build loyalty and trust with our customers. If you encounter any issues with our services, please notify us via support so we can rectify the problem promptly.

If any tool is not working, please submit a support request. In cases where a tool’s privileges have been suspended by the provider, reactivation may take up to 48 hours.
